Ingredients

  • 17 oz (500g) Baby Bella mushrooms, whole
  • 8 cloves garlic, whole
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Sea salt
  • Grounded black pepper
  • Chives for garnishing, chopped

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over a medium heat.
  • When the skillet is hot, melt the butter and add the garlic cloves. Cook them for one minute.
  • Add the mushrooms and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, then cook for 5 minutes or until they reduce in size and start browning.
  • Add the garlic powder and dried thyme and cook for around 7 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden-brown.
  • Sprinkle with some chives and serve warm.
