- 17 oz (500g) Baby Bella mushrooms, whole
- 8 cloves garlic, whole
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- Sea salt
- Grounded black pepper
- Chives for garnishing, chopped
Heat a large skillet over a medium heat.
When the skillet is hot, melt the butter and add the garlic cloves. Cook them for one minute.
Add the mushrooms and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, then cook for 5 minutes or until they reduce in size and start browning.
Add the garlic powder and dried thyme and cook for around 7 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden-brown.
Sprinkle with some chives and serve warm.
